About Us
Yellow Ritual Autocare Ltd provides mobile vehicle servicing in the Oxford area. A qualified mechanic visits your location to carry out work on your vehicle.
Service Description
We offer mobile mechanic services including oil and filter changes, air, fuel, pollen and cabin filter replacements, battery testing and replacement, diagnostics, jump starts, wiper blades, puncture repairs, and bulb and fuse replacements. All work is performed at the address you provide during booking.
Booking and Payment
Bookings are made via our website. All prices shown include VAT at 20%. Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe. Cash payment may be available on request — please contact us before your appointment.
Your Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking. To cancel, email hello@yellowritual.co.uk or use the cancel function in your booking confirmation. If you have requested that we begin work (including ordering parts) before the cooling-off period ends and you then cancel, you agree to pay for any parts already ordered that cannot be returned to our supplier and a reasonable charge for any work already carried out.
Our Cancellation Rights
We may cancel a booking if we cannot safely access your vehicle or location, weather conditions make work unsafe, the mechanic identifies a safety concern, or payment has not been received. We will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund where applicable.
Parts and Materials
Parts are ordered specifically for your vehicle. For oil and filter services, the price includes oil, filter, and labour. For other services, the price shown at checkout covers labour; parts are confirmed and charged on arrival where applicable. All parts are new and sourced from reputable UK suppliers.
Warranty
All work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the service. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle faults, consequential losses, or damage caused by third-party parts where we followed manufacturer specifications. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, contact hello@yellowritual.co.uk. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will work to resolve your concern promptly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
